Whirl-Y-Gig is a ticket-less venue. All that you will need bring with you is your booking reference number which will be sent on an order confirmation e-mail. Make a careful note of this number, as it uniquely identifies your individual booking.
On-line Bookings are for over 18’s only. Photo ID will be required at the door of proof of age for under 25’s or those blessed with youthful looks. Failure to produce valid photo ID will result in a forfeit of the cost of the ticket.
Concession prices are not available for advance tickets.
Whirl-Y-Gig operates a strict no-refund policy other than the cancellation of the event. Tickets can no longer be deferred.

CDs and Downloads
All physical items are carried in stock and can be dispatched quickly. In the unlikely event that an items is temporarily unavailable we will try to keep you informed of the progress of your order.
All physical items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition. We will only replace items that are defective or sent in error. This is subject to you notifying us of the problem and returning the goods to us within thirty days of receipt of the goods and providing a description of the damage or defect. Please contact us before returning items.
Download purchases cannot be cancelled.
If you experience a problem with your download or if you encounter a broken link please contact us immediately, giving details of the item and your order number.
After an item has been purchased and / or downloaded onto your data storage device (e.g. computer, or any medium on which data can be stored), you are permitted to make copies exclusively for your own private and domestic use.
